John has been involved with C2 Change for over 4 years. John was drawn to the organization upon learning of the mission of helping underserved families dealing with behavioral issues. John is a software engineer with experience in both technical and management roles in CCI-Triad, IBM, Vignette, Motive, ALI Solutions, Alcatel-Lucent and Nokia.
Dr. Larry Wallace, Jr.
Larry is a 90% service-disabled Army Retiree that led in NATO and Special Operations; to include, various local to national nonprofits. He is a sitting councilman and serves as Director of Veterans Support and Leadership Programs for the University of Texas System.
A native of Albuquerque, NM, Jenni and her husband have been Austin residents for the past 10 years. She is a former music teacher with a Masters in Educational Leadership. Since leaving the education field, she has been a volunteer for Big Brothers Big Sisters, CASA, Austin Animal Center and the House Rabbit Resource Network and is passionate about serving the Austin area community.
Jennifer is the Financial Officer for Texas State Independent Living Council. Prior, she was the executive director for Deaf Independent Living Association. She has over 20 years of experience as the lead administrator of nonprofit agencies. She has a master’s degree in Rehabilitation Counseling and is currently working on her Master of Public Administration at Texas State University. She is on the Board of Directors for Texas Court Appointed Special Advocates and she has served on the Rehabilitation Advisory Councils for the states of Georgia, Maryland and Tennessee.
H. Paul Putnam, III, MD
William Streusand, MD
Paul is a general psychiatrist and author who has lived and worked in Austin for 25 years. He serves on the Strategic Planning Committee.
William is child psychiatrist with experience in mental health service delivery as well as the development of organizations providing such services. He was one of the founders of the Texas Child Study Center and is an advocate for underserved populations.
